Mr. Stewart joined Northland Investment Corporation, the former parent company of Northland Residential Corporation, in 1973. As senior vice president and director, he managed the firm's residential group for over 20 years. In 1995, together with his senior management team, he acquired and founded Northland Residential Corporation, as principal stockholder.

John C. Dawley

Mr. Dawley has been associated with Northland since 1985. As a principal of Northland Residential Corporation, he was named vice president in 1995. Mr. Dawley serves the company in many capacities, both as director of acquisitions and director of development. In addition, he supervises all of Northland's individual projects.

Richard A. Thomas

Mr. Thomas is a certified public accountant and has provided services to clients in the real estate industry since 1983. He has been associated with Northland since 1986 as an outside auditor and joined the Company in 1997. As Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, and a principal of Northland Residential Corporation, he is responsible for all accounting matters, financial reporting, tax compliance, human resources, and managing banking and investor relations.

Elaine Leonard
Vice President, Director of Sales and Marketing

Recognized for her accomplished track record in high-end residential sales and marketing, Ms. Leonard joined Northland in 2006.  Her varied background includes a professional association with American Real Estate Partners and founding a successful entrepreneurial venture, a full-service marketing firm servicing the needs of large-scale residential developers.  As Director of Sales and Marketing at Northland, she is responsible for orchestrating all of Northland's on-site sales operations and managing the company's sales personnel. Ms. Leonard holds an MBA from Simmons College Graduate School of Management.
