The health and safety of our staff, our customers, our sub-contractors and our partners is of paramount importance to us, so the way that we traditionally do business has been adjusted. However, our commitment to our corporate legacy of “Consistently Exceeding Expectations” remains unchanged.

We continue to follow the recommendations of Governor Baker, the CDC and the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® (MAR) in the implementation of all safety standards in our office and while showing properties.

We would ask that any of our guests who are under monitoring or quarantine, who are not feeling well, or have any reason to think they may have been exposed to COVID-19 not attend an in-person meeting. We will be happy to meet with you virtually or reschedule your appointment to a later date.

We are also showing by appointment only, practicing social distancing, wearing face coverings in accordance with CDC guidelines, and implementing temperature checks. Additionally, we also ask that no more than 3 people attend showings.
