What we do
Developing, advising, and sustaining New England’s finest communities
Northland Residential Corporation is more than a real estate development firm. We consider ourselves stewards and champions of the land we acquire: maximizing privacy and beauty while preserving the property’s environmental integrity.
Our process for developing New England’s most desirable communities
Every project begins with acquiring the right land.
We look for high quality, well-located suburban and resort land parcels from five to five-hundred acres in size suitable for the implementation of thoughtfully conceived residential communities and/or estate quality homesites.
Historically, the properties we develop have exceptional traits and unique natural features and amenities that allow us to create a distinctive setting for luxury residential living.
You can see some of these unique features in properties like Woodlands at Belmont Hill, where we restored historical buildings to new heights. Or a property like The Residences at Black Rock, where golf vistas became the visual star.
Get to know our properties along with their unique history and plans in the "Stories Behind the Build."
