What’s not to love about Wolcott Woods? Sprawling greens. Peaceful woodlands. Cozy charm. Historically, the properties that we develop have exceptional traits and unique natural features that allow us to create a distinctive setting for luxury residential living. Wolcott Woods in Milton is no exception!
We’ve been hard at work behind-the-scenes hammering out the details (pun intended!) for our next residential development of 54 townhomes set on 47 acres in Milton on Carberry Avenue. We are now approaching a significant milestone. Site work has begun with the clearing, prepping for infrastructure and foundations (pictures below). And, drumroll please, construction will be underway shortly on the first phase of homes. We’re calling this enclave of townhomes in Phase 1 “The Devens Cluster”.
As part of this phase, our plans include the preservation and restoration of an existing structure on the property known as the “Devens House”. It’s an existing two-story building built in the 1940s that embodies an abundance of character and charm. Our goal is to marry the “old with the new” by retaining the character of the existing Devens House (pictured below) while incorporating two, new, free-standing townhomes adjacent to it. These new townhomes will be outfitted with first-floor owner’s suites and attached two-car garages. Northland is once again collaborating with award-winning, Providence-based Union Studio on the architecture of the homes.
Stay tuned for additional details! In the meantime, we invite you to join our interest list by emailing email@example.com. You can also see examples of some of our past work in properties like Woodlands at Belmont Hill, where we carefully weaved new construction townhomes into the fabric of the existing historic buildings.
